Overview
Growth Box is a quarter-by-quarter growth system for aesthetic clinics. It is not a subscription. Each quarter is a separate engagement that you decide on, with no auto-renewal. A later quarter only goes ahead if you agree to it.
These terms apply to anyone who visits this website or engages us for a Growth Box quarter. The detail of what we deliver, your points budget and your tier are set out in the order form you sign for each quarter. If anything in your order form differs from these terms, the order form applies for that engagement.
These terms cover your use of the Growth Box website and the Growth Box service. Growth Box is operated by Findwhy Consulting Pty Ltd
Key Details
How a quarter works. After a free 30-minute diagnostic call, we send a recommended quarterly plan within 48 hours. If you decide to proceed, we issue an order form. The quarter begins once you sign and pay.
Payment. Payment is due as set out on your order form, before delivery begins. Prices on this website are shown per month for easy comparison, but you commit and pay one quarter at a time. All prices include GST. The price agreed on your order form is locked for that quarter and will not change midway through.
No auto-renewal. There is nothing to cancel. A quarter simply ends, and a new quarter only starts if you sign a new order form. You can pause or step away between quarters at any time.
What is not included. Growth Box does not include photography, video production beyond editing, paid media spend itself (you pay advertising platforms directly), or printing and physical fulfilment costs. Anything outside your signed order form is not included unless we agree it in writing.
Requirements
Access. Your first quarter includes a short setup period where we will ask for access to tools such as your website, CMS, GA4, Google Search Console and Meta Business Manager. You are responsible for granting and maintaining this access so we can deliver the work.
Approvals. We will not set anything live that you have not seen and approved. You agree to review and respond to approval requests in a reasonable time so delivery stays on track. Delays in approvals or access may affect timelines.
AHPRA and TGA compliance. We build AHPRA and TGA advertising requirements into our copy and creative process and check work against the current rules before it ships. You remain responsible for your clinic’s overall regulatory and professional obligations, including any final decision to publish. You agree to give us accurate information about your treatments and claims so the work we produce stays compliant.
Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information, the access described above and timely approvals, and to use the materials we deliver in line with applicable laws and these terms.
Intellectual property. Once a quarter is paid in full, the deliverables we create specifically for you are yours to use for your clinic. Our underlying templates, toolkits, frameworks and methods remain ours, and we may reuse them with other clients.
Liability. We deliver our work with care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, and except for guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that quarter. We are not liable for results such as specific lead, booking or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Changes apply to new quarters and to your use of this website from the date they are posted. The terms that apply to an active quarter are the ones in place when you signed that order form.
